Blueberry Elixir Tea

We are starting our health kick early this year with a new Wild Maine Blueberry Elixir. As you may have seen from our last post or two, health is our thing as we approach 2020. Instead of waiting, we put our resolution to work early.

Focusing on the positive health benefits of adding nutrient rich foods to our daily diet, we are taking the preventative approach. Whether high antioxidant foods such as our Wild Maine Blueberries or replacing cane sugar in our baked goods, we are making a concerted effort to enhance overall health through healthy eating.

This is the first in a line of elixirs that we will be releasing as we enter third decade of the 21st century. Wow. Having my millennials working so closely with one managing big stuff like and the other creating recipes for the blog, they are so much more in tune with the healthy food world than my generation ever was. There are valuable lessons to be emulated.

Organic & Whole Food Oriented

We start with organic blueberries, infuse them with herbs, spices and other berries and increase the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. All organic. And that is it. No sweeteners. They are to enhance the health benefits of your morning smoothie, lunchtime yogurt or late afternoon cup of tea. As followers of the Whole Food movement, we went with the whole berry. Blueberry skins provide fiber. Who does not need a little more fiber? All health. No added sugars. Just healthy goodness.
